Where do you source your cards from?
We source from a wide variety of channels private collectors, estate sales, international trade partners, regional releases, card conventions, and more. This diverse sourcing is what allows us to offer rare and unique cards you won’t easily find elsewhere.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add the cards you’d like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
When will my order be processed?
1-4 hours after placing your order on week days and 1-8 hours on weekends.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
Do you offer discounts or bundle deals?
Yes! We regularly run promotions, bundle discounts, and loyalty rewards. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to hear about deals and exclusive offers.

How do you package cards for shipping?
We take packaging very seriously. All cards are shipped in protective sleeves and toploaders or card savers, secured with team bags, and placed in bubble mailers or rigid boxes depending on the order size and value of the cards.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders can take 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processes. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your cards arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the card is in the same condition as when it was sent. Cards must be returned in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back to receive return authorisation.
What if I receive the wrong card?
We sincerely apologise if this happens. Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we’ll arrange a swift replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Can I return a card if I simply change my mind?
Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days as long as the card is in its original, unaltered condition. Please note that return shipping costs in this case are the buyer’s responsibility.
